How reductions apply

The base rate of EUR 142.00/day applies when neither meals nor accommodation are provided by the organisation.

When your organisation covers costs directly, reductions are applied:

Meals provided −25% → EUR 106.50/day

Hotel provided −50% → EUR 71.00/day

Both provided −75% → EUR 35.50/day

Reductions are capped at 100%. The Viatic calculator applies these rules automatically.
