How reductions apply

The base rate of EUR 132.00/day applies when neither meals nor accommodation are provided by the organisation.

When your organisation covers costs directly, reductions are applied:

Meals provided −25% → EUR 99.00/day

Hotel provided −50% → EUR 66.00/day

Both provided −75% → EUR 33.00/day
